Why do I see a temporary hold on my card?
Don't worry! When you tap your card, your bank may place a temporary "hold" just to ensure the card is active. This is not a charge. It will disappear automatically. If you didn't take anything, the hold is released immediately.
Will I be charged if I put a product in the wrong slot?
Yes, please be careful! Our system relies on items being in their correct spots. Please ensure you return items to their original shelf. Once the door closes, any misplaced product will be charged to your card.
What if I pick up a product but then put it back?
Go ahead and explore! Feel free to pick up an item and check the nutrition facts. If you decide not to buy it, just place it back on the correct shelf before closing the door, and you won't be charged.
